Optimum Athlete Package

£5000 for an All Inclusive 3 Month program

Don’t have enough time in the day? Can’t be bothered to meal prep? No one to pick you up and drop you off? No one available to train you, the time you want? Look no further! This package is designed for any individual, whether you are completely new to fitness or someone who’s trying to reach the next level in their sporting and active life, to eliminate all excuses. You are treated like an athlete, micromanaged to the extent your diet, your supplements and your excuses aren’t even your problems anymore! Every single meal, session, lift and supplement all provided on a silver platter for you. All you have to do is enjoy the process and results!

Fat Loss Package

£2400 for A 3 Month program

Our fat loss package is designed for individuals who have a healthy diet but just can’t seem to get themselves to exercise. Whether you don’t have a training partner, no one’s available day or night or maybe you just need a lift? We ensure within 12 weeks you will see results and are provided with the highest levels of personal training, motivation, guidance and supplementation. Regardless of the time we will accommodate you!

Fitness Introduction

£400

This package is specifically for those of us who have never stepped foot in a gym and would not or do not have a clue where to start. We provide you with a 4-week introductory course, ensuring you learn how to warm up, exercise, cool down and handle equipment safely! We understand it can be daunting new experience, however we are available to pick you up and drop you off whether it’s 11pm or 4 am.

Fitness Friends

£1750

Wish you and your friends could train together? Well wish no longer with our fitness friends package, we pick you and your friends up, drop them off, you have any time day or night to choose and we will be there for you. The goal is to instil good habits amongst yourselves for your fitness goals. So with or without us you will achieve your goals and stay consistent.

Football Fit

£200

Football fit is a short and intense course for anyone trying to improve their fitness or regain it prior to preseason or if you have come off a long term injury. Our sessions are designed to give you football specific fitness. Usually footballers do all their fitness training before their season starts and then maintain it via their matches and more ball based training sessions. As a result, we highly recommend this course if your goal is to be fit and sharp for your season.

Football - Technical

In the world of football, the top players love and move the ball effortlessly. We help teach you multiple techniques of shooting, dribbling and passing. Technique and technical ability are the key components for the top footballers. You don’t have to be the quickest or strongest as long as you have the skill. With this course we aim to develop your footballing ability over anything else.

Pro-Year Football Training

Our pro year football training is designed to help you adapt and compete at the ever raising levels of football. Footballers train almost every day and sometimes even twice a day. With this in mind we know a once a week Saturday or Sunday league match and training session will not be sufficient enough. As a result, we have introduced this course to allow those who are really and truly serious in achieving the highest levels possible, to maximise the highest standard of training sessions they can fit in.  Every extra session you do, is one more session than your rivals and competition.

Boxing Fit

The sport of boxing is well renowned for its fitness. This is why we have created a short and intense course for you to increase your fitness while learning a potential new sport to you. We recommend this course to anyone interested in learning a new sport, improving their fitness and general fat loss and muscular endurance quick fire course.

1:1 Self Defence

The world we live in today it almost requires us to have some sort of self-defence knowledge, whether it’s for ourselves or children, it’s essential to be able to protect and defend yourself. This course isn’t designed to make you a professional fighter or a martial artist. The sole purpose of this course it to teach you how to avoid, defend and escape. We hope no one ever is in a position to ever have to use any of these skills and techniques. However, you would much rather know how to defend yourself and never have to use it, rather than the roles being reversed.
